Red Jasper Belt Buckle

This Red Jasper has been shaped and polished to enhance its appearance.  The stone is 30 x 40mm (1 ½” x 1 1/16”) oval.  It has been set in a 3 1/4″ x 2 1/4″ silver colored bezel on a western style belt buckle. The bezel is removable which allows one to interchange stones.   The stone’s red color is due to its high iron content.  Jaspers are found worldwide and vary in design and color.
